Amitabh Bachchan is widely appreciated as one of the most iconic Bollywood actors in Indian cinema. One of his memorable performances was in the 1971 film Zanjeer, which is finally being released on Blu-ray by 20th Century Fox on April 10, 2016. Amitabh Bachchan reprises his role as Inspector Vijayant Malla with ambition, cunning and acrimony with an added insightful touch to it. Amitabh's character has risen from beneath the ground to become a political opponent of Commissioner Sartaj Singh (played by Dilip Kumar), with whom he shares an intense rivalry. The film was a huge blockbuster and is also Amitabh Bachchan's highest grossing movie in the movie business. The film gathered 88 percent of the vote of the audience, with a 50 percent share in India and 25 percent share in Overseas market. The Film score is composed by R. D. Burman and Lyrics by Majrooh Sultanpuri & Jaidev & Kuldeep Manak. The film was officially declared as "Amitabh Bachchan's Biggest Hit". In the book, “The Hit Man and a Chorus Girl: The Yash Chopra Story” by Sanjukta Sharma, it has been revealed that the movie was initially titled “Zanjeer Zani”. The movie was set to release on 10 June 1971 but it was postponed to 15 June because of the Pakistan-India War. In the late 1960s, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto became the Prime Minister of Pakistan and with this changed the way business was done in Pakistan. Censorship was a big problem in Pakistan and it became a big hurdle for Indian directors to shoot their movies there. Tulsi Kumar, a Hindi film-maker from Ahmedabad, Gujarat secretly went to Pakistan with a written permission from producer Dilip Kumar who was abroad at the time, as well as written permission from director Yash Chopra to make a film there. Many people were terrified of going to Pakistan after terrorism raised its head at that time. Tulsi Kumar took 63 people with him, including his wife in disguise in order to make the film in the country. Tulsi Kumar's name was cleared by the government so they could shoot the film there. Tulsi Kumar went to Pakistan by plane and it took them 32 hours to reach there. When they landed in Pakistan, they stayed at a hotel in Karachi, after dinner, Tulsi Kumar asked all of them to take a nap because he wanted them refreshed for their next day's shoot. He layed down next to his pregnant wife on the bed and he went into deep sleep. He was awoken by a gunshot which woke up everyone else. rudrabhishek puja mantra pdf download cfa1e77820
